AFTERNOON. THE ACTIVITY SHOULD BE EAST OF THE AREA BY 4 PM. SOME
STORMS WILL CONTAIN TORRENTIAL RAIN. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE

EXTENDING FROM NEAR MIDDLETOWN TO NEAR DOVER TO NEAR MCSHERRYSTOWN...
AND MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

30 MPH WIND GUSTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS. A 15
MINUTE PERIOD OF TORRENTIAL HEAVY RAIN AMOUNTING TO AROUND ONE INCH
IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE NEAR...
  DOVER...ROYALTON AND HUMMELSTOWN AROUND 1150 AM EDT.
  WEIGELSTOWN AND HERSHEY AROUND 1200 PM EDT.
