ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH 1130 PM. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE
SOUTH OF A WELLSBORO...BRADFORD...WARREN LINE...AND NORTH AND
WEST OF A BEDFORD...CHAMBERSBURG...LANCASTER LINE. SOME STORMS
WILL CONTAIN TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THE
SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
