...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN BUCKS COUNTY...

AT 907 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR MORE POSSIBLE. ROADWAY FLOODING
HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN PERKASIE.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
PERKASIE...BEDMINSTER...TINICUM...DUBLIN...REVERE...OTTSVILLE...
PIPERSVILLE...TELFORD...SELLERSVILLE AND SILVERDALE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST
FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

* AT 850 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS DRIFTING NORTHWARD VERY SLOWLY AND COULD PRODUCE UP
  TO AN INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL
  CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING AS IT MOVES INTO THE
  ADVISORY AREA.

  EASTON...BETHLEHEM...WASHINGTON...HIGH BRIDGE...CLINTON...ALPHA...
