THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS. WHERE WINDS ARE LIGHT AND
VARIABLE, THEY ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TO SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 20 TO 25 MPH THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON.
