* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...WIND CHILLS WILL BEGIN TO DROP TO DANGEROUS LEVELS
  THROUGH TODAY WITH THE COLDEST VALUES BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND
  SUNRISE SUNDAY. WIND CHILLS WILL SLOWLY EASE BY LATE SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL VALUES REACHING DANGEROUS LEVELS. THE VERY
  LOW WIND CHILLS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO RESULT IN HYPOTHERMIA IF
  CARE IS NOT TAKEN TO STAY WARM AND SHELTERED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

* AT 1159 AM EST...THESE SNOW SHOWERS WERE ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
  FROM POTTSTOWN TO CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA TO MOUNT LAUREL...AND
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

SOME PLACES, INCLUDING THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, COULD PICK UP A
QUICK HALF INCH OF SNOWFALL WITH THESE SNOW SHOWERS. ANY SNOW THAT
FALLS WILL STICK ON UNTREATED ROADS WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER
TEENS AND LOWER 20S. THE SNOW SHOWERS AND GUSTY WINDS COULD REDUCE
VISIBILITIES SUDDENLY TO AROUND A HALF MILE UNDER THIS BAND.

CONDITIONS CAN DETERIORATE RAPIDLY IN THESE SITUATIONS. BE PREPARED
FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME WHEN

CHANGING TO RAIN MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH POSSIBLY HEAVY POOR
DRAINAGE FLOODING RAIN INTO TUESDAY.

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF SOUTHERLY WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH

  ASSOCIATED POWER OUTAGES. DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
