In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT early this morning. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of widespread minor coastal flooding is forecast for the late Friday night to early Saturday morning high tide. The Friday night to early Saturday morning high tide is forecast to have the highest water levels and greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding, and high tide water levels will lower over the weekend. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
