...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow occurring. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches
  are expected with locally higher amounts around 4 inches
  possible. Road conditions will be slippery this afternoon and
  evening.

* WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey, southeast Pennsylvania,
  northeast Maryland and central and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EST this evening. The steadiest and heaviest
  snow is expected to fall between 2 and 6 PM with snowfall rates
  of 1 inch per hour likely in spots.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures well below freezing, snow
  will stick on untreated roads and even pre-treated highways in
  bursts of heavier snow. Plan on travel delays with roads
  becoming snow covered and reduced visibility at times through
  the evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
