* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND SLEET.

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...THE POTENTIAL FOR 4 TO 8 INCHES
  ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE AMOUNT OF SNOW ACCUMULATION
  WILL DEPEND UPON HOW QUICKLY THE RAIN CHANGES TO SNOW AND IF
  SLEET LASTS LONG DURING THE TRANSITION.

* TIMING...RAIN LATE WEDNESDAY SHOULD CHANGE TO SNOW, POSSIBLY
  HEAVY AT TIMES, LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  DAY ON THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD SUBSTANTIAL
  TRAVEL IMPACTS LATER WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.
