SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS...WESTERN
MASSACHUSETTS...NORTHERN RHODE ISLAND AND SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

PLEASE LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR GO TO WEATHER.GOV ON THE
INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   AIR QUALITY ALERT.

THERE IS A LOW RISK FOR AN ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORM OR TWO
WITH GUSTY WINDS AND VERY LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY THIS EVENING AWAY FROM THE SOUTH COAST...CAPE AND
ISLANDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

SUNDAY...
THERE IS A LOW RISK FOR AN ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WITH
GUSTY WINDS AND VERY LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS INTERIOR
SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE GREATEST CONCERN IS
ACROSS WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS AND NORTHERN CONNECTICUT.

MEMORIAL DAY...
HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. WHILE
WIDESPREAD FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED...ITS POSSIBLE THAT A FEW
ISOLATED LOCATIONS RECEIVE 2+ INCHES OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN
HOUR. THIS WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALIZED FLOODING.
