A DENSE FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...ALL AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF THE NORTH CAROLINA
  MOUNTAINS.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG WILL LOWER VISIBILITY TO THE POINT OF
  MAKING DRIVING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
