MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A FREEZE
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...THE TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION ARE EXPECTED TO
  FALL AT OR BELOW FREEZING SATURDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY
  MORNING. THE CURRENT FORECAST CALLS FOR OVERNIGHT MINIMUM
  TEMPERATURES TO RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 20S IN THE NORTHERN
  MIDLANDS AND PEE DEE...TO AROUND 30 ACROSS THE REST OF THE
  MIDLANDS AND CENTRAL SAVANNAH RIVER AREA.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING CONDITIONS MAY KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE
  VEGETATION. CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING FOR NEAR OR SUB-FREEZING
  TEMPERATURES LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.
  PERSONS WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS SHOULD PREPARE FOR THE
  POSSIBILITY OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND TAKE THE NECESSARY
  PRECAUTIONS.
