...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will
  cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
  Expect wind chills to range from 20 below zero to 30 below
  zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central and
  southeast South Dakota, northeast Nebraska and northwest and
  west central Iowa.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, central South Dakota, east
central South Dakota, south central South Dakota, and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dangerous wind chills of 25 below to 30 below zero will continue
through this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

A system could bring measurable snow to the area on Sunday. It is
too early to forecast amounts, but the better chances should be
across northwest Iowa.

Spotter activation will not be needed.
