THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT AND INTO SATURDAY
MORNING...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE JAMES RIVER. VISIBILITIES
UNDER 1 MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION FROM
SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING.  THESE WINDS WILL CREATE WIND
CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO 15 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY.

SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 30 MPH MONDAY NIGHT INTO
TUESDAY CREATING WIND CHILL VALUES OF 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
MONDAY NIGHT.
