A FROST ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR PORTIONS OF WEST TENNESSEE
AND EXTREME NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ALONG AND NEAR THE TENNESSEE
RIVER VALLEY FOR LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A FROST ADVISORY WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 9 AM THURSDAY FOR PORTIONS
OF WEST TENNESSEE AND EXTREME NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ALONG AND NEAR
THE TENNESSEE RIVER VALLEY.

THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

  THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT CARUTHERSVILLE
* UNTIL FRIDAY APRIL 18.
* AT 10 AM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 30.5 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 32.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 30.5 FEET WEDNESDAY APRIL
  16.
* AT 31.0 FEET...ROAD AND FIELD FLOODING IS WIDESPREAD AT COTTONWOOD
  POINT.  GRAIM SHIPPING FACILITY SOUTH OF HELOISE IS MOSTLY UNDER
  WATER.  ACCESS ROADS OFF ARKANSAS 362 ARE FLOODING.  DEE WEBB ROAD
  AND WATKINS ROAD ARE FLOODING, AND BRADY RIDGE ROAD IS FLOODING.
  BARR ROAD NORTH OF WARDLOW POCKET AREA IS BEING COVERED.
