Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Mill Creek Near Nolensville affecting Davidson County.

For the Mill Creek...including Nolensville, Antioch, Woodbine,
Blackman Road - Nashville...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Mill Creek near Nolensville.

* WHEN...From this morning to this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water begins to flood low lying areas
  along the creek, including portions of Culbertson Rd east of
  Nolensville Pike and walking trails near the Honey Brook
  subdivision. Water also approaches Bluff Road west of Nolensville
  Pike.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.5 feet and rising.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:45 AM CDT Thursday was 13.8 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Action stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Cheatham County in middle Tennessee...
  Central Davidson County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Jackson County in middle Tennessee...
  Macon County in middle Tennessee...
  South Central Robertson County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Smith County in middle Tennessee...
  Southern Sumner County in middle Tennessee...
  Trousdale County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Wilson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 552 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
  rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Gallatin, Lebanon, Ashland City, Lafayette, Carthage, Hartsville,
  Nashville, Madison, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville,
  Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown, Belle Meade, Kingston
  Springs, Lakewood, Westmoreland, Pegram and Ridgetop.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO EARLY SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Cumberland River at Nashville.

* WHEN...From early this morning to early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Water reaches the second grassy area of
  the riverfront landing and covers most of the recreation areas on
  the east side of the river near Nissan Stadium.
  At 35.0 feet, Low lying areas along the river from the I-24 bridge
  to the I-65 bridge are significantly inundated, including
  riverfront recreation areas and access points near Nissan Stadium.
  Industrial properties along the river should monitor further
  increases in river levels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 31.8 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.7
    feet this evening.
  - Action stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.

  between Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road are inundated.
  At 23.0 feet, Sections of the Stones River Greenway are impassable
  between Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and low lying areas
  along the river are inundated near the park on Jackson Downs Blvd.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.1 feet and rising.

  - Action stage is 20.0 feet.
