FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THOSE AREAS THROUGH 9AM EDT.

PARTS OF THE FROST ADVISORY AREA THIS MORNING...AND MAY DROP A FEW
MORE DEGREES BY DAYBREAK. LIGHT WINDS ACROSS THE REGION MAY ALLOW
PATCHY AREAS OF FROST TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
TENNESSEE...SOUTHWESTERN NORTH CAROLINA...NORTHEAST TENNESSEE...
AND SOUTHWESTERN VIRGINIA.

PATCHY FROST IS EXPECTED IN THE MOUNTAINS OF EAST CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST TENNESSEE AS WELL...HOWEVER...THE FROST/FREEZE PROGRAM
