.ABUNDANT MOISTURE AND A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES...
WILL PRODUCE ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND
AGAIN SUNDAY. LOCALIZED RAINFALL AMOUNTS TO 3 INCHES OR MORE WILL
BE POSSIBLE.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

SHOWERS AND ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS ARE POSSIBLE...WITH HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF
AROUND 1 INCH PER HOUR OR HIGHER WITH THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS.
SINCE THE GROUND IS ALREADY QUITE SATURATED IN MANY AREAS...THERE
WILL BE A THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING WHERE HEAVIER RAINFALL OCCURS
THROUGH TONIGHT.
