...ELEVATED FIRE RISK EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND TUESDAY...

The combination of west to northwest winds gusting 25 to 30 mph
and low relative humidities will continue an elevated fire risk
until early this evening. Fire danger will diminish tonight as relative
humidities increase and winds decrease.

There will be an elevated fire risk again on Tuesday afternoon as
conditions are expected to be similar to today, but with slightly
lower relative humidities. Winds Tuesday afternoon will be
predominantly out of the southwest and may gust up to 20 to 25
mph.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you can burn today and Tuesday. Use caution when burning as fires
may get out of hand quickly in these conditions.
