CAROLINA...EAST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE REGION THIS
EVENING AND TONIGHT. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY QUITE WET IN MANY
AREAS...THERE WILL BE A THREAT OF LOCALIZED FLOODING WHERE THE
HEAVIER RAIN OCCURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND THE
POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY...AND
POSSIBLY INTO SATURDAY.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED AT TIMES TODAY THROUGH
SATURDAY...MAINLY FOR FLOODING REPORTS.
