THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST NORTH
CAROLINA...EAST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

A DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AND
SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS TUESDAY NIGHT AND CHRISTMAS EVE. THE RAIN
WILL LIKELY CHANGE TO SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT OR WEDNESDAY MORNING ACROSS
MUCH OF THE AREA AS COLD AIR MOVES INTO THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS.
SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED CHRISTMAS EVE WITH ACCUMULATIONS
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS DURING THE EVENING.
