* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Blount, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Jefferson,
  Knox, Sevier, Unicoi and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 613 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rain will continue
    over the area this morning. Although the rain is not expected

    Therefore minor flooding is possible in the advisory area.

    Knoxville, Morristown, Maryville, Greeneville, Sevierville,
    Alcoa, Jefferson City, Newport, Erwin, Gatlinburg, Dandridge,
    Pigeon Forge, Tusculum, White Pine, New Market, Rockford,
    Baneberry, Parrottsville, Russellville and Eagleton Village.
