Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches. Widespread storms are expected Thursday into Thursday night. Some of these storms could become severe with large hail and damaging winds. A tornado or two may also occur.
