Heavy rain will accompany thunderstorms as they continue to move across the region this morning. Flooding may occur with some of the storms. Additional scattered thunderstorms may develop across parts of Central Texas this afternoon. Lightning and heavy rain will be the main threats. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. At 25 feet, several houses near the creek begin to flood. Oliver Nature Park and Town Park are also flooded. Retta Road, North Street, Walnut Creek Road, and Magnolia Road are flooded with several feet of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.7 feet early this morning.
