Counties.
For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

expect water to overflow the bridge approaches to Farm to Market
Highway 1804 between Hoard and Lindale. Expect several hundred
acres of flooded pasturelands next to the river both upstream and
downstream. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:15 AM CDT Saturday was 17.5 feet.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible today. Look for strong wind gusts, cloud to ground lightning and locally heavy rainfall where strong storms develop today. The storms should diminish in coverage and intensity this evening. After midnight, a complex of strong storms will move eastward into Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma and Southwest Arkansas. These storms will have the capability once again to produce strong wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall after midnight towards sunrise Sunday Morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Thunderstorms will become widespread across the region on Sunday as an upper level storm system moves overhead. There will be a possibility of strong wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall with the strongest storms on Sunday. The next round of strong to severe thunderstorms will likely hold off until late Wednesday into Thursday and Thursday Night. A cold front will begin pushing into the region from the northwest and strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible along and in advance of this feature.
