This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Above normal temperatures in the 90s to near 103 degrees can be
expected across all of south central Texas this afternoon. Heat
index values may briefly approach 108 degrees this afternoon
across the coastal plains.

There is a risk for strong to severe storms across the Hill
Country this afternoon through early evening. Large hail to very
large hail and damaging winds are expected to be the main weather
hazards if storms develop.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Hot temperatures will continue on Thursday, with highs in the 90s
to near 105 degrees.

There is a risk for strong to severe storms for areas along and
north of a Rocksprings to San Antonio to Cuero line Thursday
afternoon and evening. Large hail and damaging winds are the main
severe weather concerns.
