* IMPACTS...At 15.2 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:30 AM CDT Friday was 15.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.4
    feet this morning. It will then rise to 16.0 feet early
    Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.2 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.2 feet on 06/03/2016.

  flooding over much of Liberty County can be expected with each
  incremental rise in the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 30.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:15 AM CDT Friday was 30.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 31.3 feet early
    Tuesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:16 AM CDT Friday was 26.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 26.5 feet this morning. It
    will then rise to 26.7 feet this afternoon. It will fall to
    26.6 feet this evening. It will then rise to 31.1 feet
    tomorrow morning. It will fall again but remain above flood
    stage.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk and San Jacinto.

* WHEN...Until 845 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 343 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cleveland, Livingston, Shepherd, Coldspring, Point Blank,
    Goodrich, North Cleveland, Lake Livingston State Park, West
    Livingston, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation, Romayor, Rye,
    Tarkington Prairie, Segno and Evergreen.

  - At 9:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 58.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 54.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Thursday was 60.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 64.4
    feet early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Tuesday morning.
