514 PM CDT THU MAY 28 2015

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS OVER WEST AND NORTHWEST TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS
EVENING COULD ORGANIZE INTO A LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS LATER
TONIGHT AND MOVE EASTWARD INTO OUR AREA. IF STORMS DO MAKE IT ALL THE
WAY OVER HERE...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY BE POSSIBLE WHICH COULD
INCREASE THE THREAT FOR FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES INCREASE ON FRIDAY AND REMAIN HIGH OVER THE WEEKEND.
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES MOVING ACROSS THE AREA IN COMBINATION WITH
A SOUTHWARD SAGGING COLD FRONT AND ABUNDANT MOISTURE COULD SUPPORT MORE
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. ANY HEAVY RAINS FALLING
OVER VULNERABLE SPOTS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME COULD LEAD TO MORE FLOODING.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MIGHT BE NEEDED.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS POSSIBLE OVER THE WEEKEND.
