* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  areas, Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Chambers, Coastal Harris,
  Colorado, Grimes, Houston, Inland Harris, Madison, Montgomery,
  Northern Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Southern Liberty, Trinity,
  Walker, Waller and Washington.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff has resulted in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Additional flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive river flooding is
  ongoing and additional street flooding remains possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - The next round of heavy rainfall is expected late tonight
    into Sunday. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is
    expected with isolated higher amounts of 4 to 8 inches
    possible within the watch area. This may lead to flash
    flooding, especially in vulnerable areas.

  the Bellau Woods and Treasure Cove subdivision are flooded.

  - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 57.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Saturday was 58.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 58.0

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, East Fork RV Resort begins to take on
  water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Saturday was 20.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 11.2 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
