This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Louisiana, south central Louisiana, southwest Louisiana, west
central Louisiana, and southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms are possible over southeast Texas
today, other than a low lightning risk no hazardous weather is

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Showers and thunderstorms are expected to increase from west to
east through the weekend as an upper level storm system moves into
the area Sunday. A cold front will help to ignite a few strong
storms Sunday afternoon and evening with gusty winds, occasional
cloud to ground lightning, and locally heavy rainfall. Dry and
stable conditions return later in the day Monday with another
reinforcing dry cold front sweeping through the area Tuesday.


Spotter activation will not be needed.
