...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Guadalupe River At Victoria affecting Victoria County

  Garcitas Creek Near Inez affecting Victoria County

  Guadalupe River Near Bloomington affecting Calhoun...Refugio and
  Victoria Counties

.Recent rainfall over the area will keep the aforementioned
rivers above flood stage for the next few days.

The Flood Warning continues for the Guadalupe River Near Bloomington.
* Until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:00 PM Saturday the stage was 23.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 25.6 feet Monday
  then begin falling but remain above flood stage until further notice.
* At 26.0 feet Irrigation and oil well pumps, tank batteries, and
  equipment in the lower flood plain below Victoria flood. Livestock
  are cut off, may have to be fed by boat, and could drown. Homes
  downstream above Highway 35 on the left bank are cut off.

* At 8:15 PM Saturday the stage was 23.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Tuesday evening.
* At 21.0 feet Minor lowland flooding occurs, as the flow exceeds the left
  bank into low areas of Riverside  Park.

   continues for the Garcitas Creek Near Inez.
* Until Sunday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:15 PM Saturday the stage was 21.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Sunday evening.
* At 22.0 feet Moderate flooding occurs, causing significant crop
  damage. Pastureland floods and isolates livestock in cut off areas.
  Secondary roads and low bridges are flooded.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TODAY ACROSS
SOUTH TEXAS. A FEW STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ON SUNDAY.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOST LIKELY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING
HOURS WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS BEING THE PRIMARY
THREATS.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THROUGH
THE WEEK.
