...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Antonio River At Goliad affecting Calhoun...Goliad...Refugio and
  Victoria Counties

.Recent rainfall over the area will keep the aforementioned
rivers above flood stage for the next few days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio, local TV and radio
stations, or cable TV outlets, for the latest weather
information, as additional rainfall could affect crest
forecasts.

...Flood Warning extended until Sunday morning...The Flood Warning
continues for
  the San Antonio River At Goliad.
* until Sunday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  2:00 AM Friday the stage was 30.9 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river will continue rising to between 31 and 31.5
  feet this morning. The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow
   evening.

* At 32.0 feet Roads and several camp sites through Goliad State Park
flood. Moderate lowland flooding above Goliad to the Guadalupe River
confluence, cuts livestock off and potentially drowns them.

The Flood Warning continues for the Guadalupe River Near Bloomington.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7 PM Thursday...the stage was 26.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 27.7 feet Sunday
  early afternoon, then begin falling, but remaining above flood
  stage through Tuesday.
* At 27.5 feet...major flooding occurs, isolating livestock. The river
  floods equipment and livestock in the flood plain and can flood
  residences downstream near Tivoli. Highway 35 east of Tivoli floods.

The Flood Warning continues for the Guadalupe River At Victoria.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:15 PM Thursday...the stage was 28.9 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 29.8 feet Friday
  night through Saturday morning, then begin falling, but remaining
  above flood stage through Tuesday.
* At 29.8 feet, water starts to flood homes at the west end of Convent
  Street near the old landfill. The lowest homes in the Greens Addition
  Subdivision in Victoria, the city park, much of the golf course,
  including the golf cart sheds, and the zoo flood. A fishing resort
  below Highway 35 near Tivoli floods, and many homes above Highway 35
  near Tivoli are surrounded by flow several hundred yards wide.
  Portions of Riverside Camp Grounds in Tivoli approaching Highway 59
  flood.

CONTINUE THROUGH 330 AM CDT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY NOT
EXCEED A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE AFTER 3 AM ESPECIALLY OVER THE
NORTHERN COASTAL BEND AND EASTERN BRUSH COUNTRY AS A COMPLEX OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE INTO THE AREAS. SOME STRONG STORMS
ARE LIKELY...WITH ISOLATED SEVERE WIND GUSTS HIGHER THAN 55 MPH

THERE IS A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT FOR
WEBB...LA SALLE AND MCMULLEN COUNTIES. THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY ACROSS
THE NORTHWESTERN RIO GRANDE PLAINS TONIGHT. A FEW STORMS MAY BE
STRONG TO SEVERE...WITH DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL THE PRIMARY
THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY...WITH THE BETTER CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION ON FRIDAY AND
SUNDAY. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME VERY ISOLATED BY WEDNESDAY. AT
THIS TIME...A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON
FRIDAY...WITH AN ISOLATED SEVERE STORM OR TWO MAINLY OVER NORTHERN
PORTIONS OF SOUTH TEXAS. A FEW STRONG STORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
ON SATURDAY. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD...THE PREDICTABILITY OF
