This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western two thirds of
Utah and southwest Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Periods of snow will continue across much of the outlook area
today through tonight, with significant accumulating snow expected
across the higher terrain as well as the central and southwest
valleys. Snow squalls are also possible tonight southeast and east
of the Great Salt Lake

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Snow is expected to taper off during the day Tuesday.

Another storm will bring the potential for additional snowfall to
primarily central and southern Utah late in the week.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to standard operating procedures.

...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST TODAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2
  inches, with localized higher amounts.

* WHERE...Cache Valley/Utah Portion and Northern Wasatch Front.

* WHEN...Until noon MST.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread winter driving conditions can
  be expected across the entire area through the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
