* LOCATIONS...SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS OF
  WEST VIRGINIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...POSSIBLY
  BEGINNING AS RAIN. THE HEAVIEST OF THE SNOW WILL FALL
  WEDNESDAY MORNING AND QUICKLY END BY MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND VISIBILITIES WILL
  BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES...MAKING TRAVEL DIFFICULT.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOW TO MID 30S.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
