THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST NORTH
CAROLINA...SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND SOUTHEAST
WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

A FEW SNOW SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY WEST OF
THE BLUE RIDGE. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ONE INCH OR
LESS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY
MORNING BEFORE THE PRECIPITATION CHANGES TO RAIN.

PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY
NIGHT IN ASSOCIATION WITH A SLOW MOVING FRONTAL SYSTEM.
THIS...COMBINED WITH SNOW MELT COULD LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING AND
MINOR TO MODERATE RISES ON AREA CREEKS... STREAMS...AND RIVERS.

ACCUMULATING SNOW IS POSSIBLE LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
IN ASSOCIATION WITH ANOTHER ARCTIC COLD FRONT.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
