Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repetitive rounds of slow moving showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. 3 to 6 hour flash flood guidance within the watch area sits at 1 to 3 inches.
