* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* FUEL MOISTURE...LESS THAN 8 PERCENT.

A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA EAST
OF THE ALLEGHENY HIGHLANDS THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. THE
COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND LOW FUEL
MOISTURES WILL ENHANCE THE THREAT FOR THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE THURSDAY MORNING
THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL MARYLAND. THE
COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND LOW FUEL
MOISTURES WILL ENHANCE THE THREAT FOR THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES.
