* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS TO LOW TEENS
  TONIGHT.

* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS

FOR THE REST OF THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS AND THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS
STARTING AT MIDNIGHT.

THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH SATURDAY FOR
LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT.

THE WIND CHILL WARNING CONTINUES FOR AREAS WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY
FRONT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY ALSO CONTINUES
FOR THE REST OF THE POTOMAC HIGHLANDS AND THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS
INTO SUNDAY MORNING. ELSEWHERE WIND CHILL ADVISORIES WILL BE
LIKELY SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

THE WIND ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH SATURDAY.

SUNDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY...THERE IS A MODERATE THREAT OF A
WINTER STORM WEST OF THE BLUE RIDGE AND AN ENHANCED THREAT OF A
WINTER STORM EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE. POTENTIAL IMPACTS INCLUDE
SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL DELAYS AND CLOSURES. PLAN AHEAD TO MINIMIZE
IMPACT ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
