I-95 EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BE LOCALLY REDUCED TO
AROUND ONE QUARTER MILE. MOTORISTS SHOULD REDUCE SPEED AND USE LOW
BEAM HEADLIGHTS. VISIBILITIES SHOULD IMPROVE BETWEEN 8:30 AM AND
9:00 AM THIS MORNING.
