COLUMBIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTHWEST WATERFRONT
OF WASHINGTON DC AND SAINT MARYS COUNTY FOR MODERATE FLOODING
AROUND HIGH TIDE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR BALTIMORE AND HARFORD
COUNTIES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THE COASTAL FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR SAINT MARYS COUNTY UNTIL 6
PM FRIDAY AND UNTIL MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT FOR WASHINGTON DC. MODERATE
COASTAL FLOODING IS LIKELY FOR MORE AREAS THROUGH SATURDAY.

* TIDAL ANOMALY...AROUND TWO FOOT ABOVE NORMAL.

* TIMING...SEVERAL HOURS AROUND HIGH TIDE THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.
  COASTAL FLOODING WILL PERSIST INTO THE WEEKEND AND MODERATE
  FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN ALEXANDRIA.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MINOR INUNDATION OF LOW LYING SHORELINE.
