* TIMING...EARLY MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY MIDDLE AFTERNOON.
  STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED MONDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...EAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS MAY BLOW DOWN SOME LIMBS...TREES...AND
  POWER LINES. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE. RAINFALL
  TONIGHT AND MONDAY MAY HELP IN ALLOWING SOME TREES TO UPROOT,
  DUE TO THE SATURATED GROUND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 45 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
