* VISIBILITIES: ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* TIMING: THROUGH 10 AM THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS: SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY WILL RESULT IN
  DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS THIS MORNING.
