...Locally Dense Fog this morning...

Fog will be locally dense over Eastern Virginia and northeast
North Carolina through mid-morning. Visibilities will average
between one and three miles...but will quickly become reduced to
around one-quarter mile at times.

If traveling this morning, keep your headlights on low-beam, slow
down, and give yourself extra time to arrive at your destination
