This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast North Carolina,
central Virginia, eastern Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

An area of low pressure will track east across the Carolinas Monday
before lifting northeast along the Mid-Atlantic coast Tuesday through
Tuesday night. This will result in periods of moderate to locally
heavy rainfall across the region from Monday through Tuesday.

Rainfall totals will average between 2 and 3 inches across the
outlook area...with locally higher amounts possible. This rainfall
will likely produce rises on area streams and rivers...with
localized flooding possible.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
