RED FLAG WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO
6 PM EDT THIS EVENING. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN
EFFECT.

* HUMIDITY...20 TO 30 PERCENT. THE LOWEST VALUES ARE EXPECTED
  ACROSS CENTRAL VIRGINIA TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* FUEL MOISTURE...5 TO 7 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE
  HUMIDITY AND LOW FUEL MOISTURE MAY ENHANCE THE THREAT FOR THE
  SPREAD OF WILDFIRES LATE TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON.
