* IMPACTS...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CAUSE SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN
  VISIBILITY AND RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
