  GRAND ISLE COUNTY VERMONT.

* HAZARDS...PATCHY FROST WITH POCKETS OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS 32 TO 36.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO NEAR FREEZING AROUND
  SUNRISE FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE PLANTS AND VEGETATION MAY BE DAMAGED OR
