  SARATOGA REGION...HELDERBERGS...MOHAWK AND SCHOHARIE VALLEYS...MID
  HUDSON VALLEY...TACONICS AND THE EASTERN CATSKILLS.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 16 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST TOTALS
  ACROSS THE EASTERN CATSKILLS...HELDERBERGS...AND BERKSHIRES.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...AN INCH OR SO AN HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW MOVING IN SUNDAY EVENING...BECOMING HEAVY AT
  TIMES PRIOR TO DAYBREAK MONDAY...AND CONTINUING INTO THE
  AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL TAPER TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS
  MONDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS AND TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS FROM
  LATE SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY. ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED
  AND EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. UNNECESSARY TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS TO TEENS.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
