...A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING RAIN TO THE TWO STATE AREA WEDNESDAY
AND COLDER AIR WILL FILTER INTO THE REGION LATE WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON. SNOW LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO LOWER TO NEAR 4000 FEET BY
WEDNESDAY EVENING AND LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA
MOUNTAINS. THE SNOW MAY ACCUMULATE ALONG INTERSTATE 84 IN THE
BLUE MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS INTERSTATE 90 ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF
THE WASHINGTON CASCADES WEDNESDAY NIGHT. MOTORISTS TRAVELING
DURING THE HOLIDAY MAY EXPERIENCE SLIPPERY CONDITIONS ALONG THESE
ROADWAYS.
