* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...THE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS AND
  THEN BEGIN TO DISSIPATE MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY THE FOG WILL
  CREATE THE NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH PLENTY OF DISTANCE
  BETWEEN CARS. SLICK CONDITIONS CAN ALSO DEVELOP DUE TO THE
  FREEZING FOG.
