...WINDY CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...

A DEEP LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
COAST AND IT WILL MOVE INLAND ON SATURDAY. TIGHTENING PRESSURE
GRADIENTS AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL CAUSE WINDY
CONDITIONS TO DEVELOP OVER MUCH OF THE FORECAST AREA ON SATURDAY.
THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE OVER CENTRAL OREGON...NORTH CENTRAL
OREGON AS WELL AS THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN AND THE BLUE MOUNTAIN
FOOTHILLS. WHILE IT IS UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME IF WIND SPEEDS WILL
REACH ADVISORY CRITERIA...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT
ACROSS THE AREA. IT IS ADVISED NOT TO TRAVEL ON SATURDAY...BUT IF
YOU MUST PLEASE USE CAUTION DUE TO STRONG WINDS MAKING DRIVING
DIFFICULT.
