...VERY HOT CONDITIONS ACROSS THE INTERIOR NORTHWEST THROUGH THE
REMAINDER OF THE WEEK...

.HIGH PRESSURE WILL BEGIN TO STRENGTHEN OVER THE PACIFIC
NORTHWEST THROUGH FRIDAY. AS A RESULT...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL
GRADUALLY RISE.

...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT FRIDAY...

* HIGH TEMPERATURES...100 TO 106 DEGREES THROUGH FRIDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...HOTTEST TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 2 PM AND 6 PM.
  OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL RUN IN THE 60S TO LOWER 70S.

* IMPACTS...THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
  STROKE DUE TO THE HOT TEMPERATURES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HEAT ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF HOT TEMPERATURES IS
EXPECTED. HOT TEMPERATURES WILL CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT
ILLNESSES ARE POSSIBLE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS...STAY IN AN AIR-
CONDITIONED ROOM IF POSSIBLE...STAY OUT OF THE SUN...AND CHECK UP
ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS.
