WILL TRACK EAST AT 25 MPH ACROSS THE SOUTH SIDE OF
SPOKANE...INCLUDING THE WHITMAN COUNTY LINE...AND EAST INTO
BENEWAH AND KOOTENAI COUNTIES. LOCATIONS MOST LIKELY TO BE
IMPACTED INCLUDE SPANGLE...TEKOA...ROCKFORD AND PLUMMER. RAINFALL
RATES OF UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE IN ADDITION TO
WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH...LOCALIZED VERY SMALL HAIL AND OCCASIONAL
LIGHTING.
