...HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE IN THE CASCADES SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

STRONG AND MOIST WESTERLY FLOW WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE AREA
THROUGH TUESDAY. THE AIR MASS WILL ALSO BE RATHER MILD FOR THIS
TIME RESULTING...IN RELATIVELY HIGHER THAN NORMAL SNOW LEVELS.
THE WET AIR MASS COUPLED WITH STRONG UPSLOPE FLOW WILL RESULT IN
HEAVY RAIN AT TIMES IN THE CASCADES THROUGH TUESDAY.

AT THIS TIME...THE FOLLOWING RIVERS ARE FORECAST TO COME CLOSE TO
OR REACH FLOOD STAGE...TOLT...SNOQUALMIE...GREEN...AND COWLITZ.
